About Lucy Collins

Lucy is owner of Web Usability, a specialist user research and accessibility consultancy. She is passionate about giving people the evidence they need to create digital experiences that work for all. With a decade of experience in the UX space, her mission is to prioritise the needs of users to create online experiences that are accessible, functional, and enjoyable for users.

She is a vocal advocate for the importance of digital accessibility and ensuring the online world works for everyone. In her time at Web Usability, she has developed a robust accessibility service, championing inclusive user research and working with many organisations to embed accessibility in their processes and practices.

She shares much of her experience as host of The Web Usability Podcast where she also has the pleasure of interviewing and learning from a range of inspiring guests who generously share their lived experiences of disability and neurodivergence.
