Vitaly is the co-founder and editor-in-chief of Smashing Magazine, a leading independent online magazine that provides reliable, useful and practical articles for web designers and developers. He is also the UX lead for both the European Parliament and Smashing Magazine.
With nearly two decades of experience as a front-end and UX consultant, working with large and small companies and organizations in Europe and abroad, Vitaly brings a vast knowledge in front-end design, usability, and accessibility. He is passionate about writing, speaking, running workshops, and sharing what he’s learned regarding UX and inclusive design.
In his keynote, Accessible Design Patterns for 2025, Vitaly will take a deep dive into UX and design guidelines, showcasing hundreds of real-life examples and best practices for creating truly accessible, inclusive, and universal user experiences.
